RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

PAKON Trading WLL aims to ensure customer satisfaction by supplying quality disposable packaging and hygiene products. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be considered.
All goods must be inspected at the time of delivery or collection. Any claims for damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
Returns are subject to prior approval and must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase or delivery documentation may be required for processing any return request.
Customized, printed, or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error attributable to PAKON Trading WLL.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment or as account credit, as determined by the company. Processing time may vary based on the nature of the claim and internal verification procedures.
PAKON Trading WLL reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.
